Bisop Steib with Confirmandi

Welcome!

Welcome to the online home of the mother church of the Diocese of Memphis! We hope you will make use of the resources collected on this site. We especially want to welcome visitors, and want to invite you to take a look through the site, and contact us if there is any way we can assist you on your faith-journey. To our parisioners, please take advantage of the information on this site. Much happens at the Cathedral and we hope you will stay involved.

153 Initiative

O God,
ever faithful, ever true,
We thank You that You call us as church
to make the journey of faith together.
May Your Son Jesus,
the Crucified One, Now Risen,
show Himself to us that He might direct us from
fruitless toil to a generous catch for the Kingdom!
May His Holy Spirit lead us to
praise you with joy in His name.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen

Please continue to pray daily the prayer given above, that the Risen Jesus might truly direct us as we pray together and as we look to our future.

Free Haiti Ministry DVD

On the first Sunday of every month we contribute to our sister Parish in Haiti - Notre Dame d'Altagrace. Free copies of a DVD showing the ministry's work can be picked up in the Parish office. We have brought medications, school equipment, eye care, and a simple water purification process to one of the poorest villages in the Central Plateau regions of Haiti.
